Howard Schubiner, MD, is the director of the Mind Body Medicine Center at Providence-Providence Park Hospital in Southfield, Michigan and a professor at Michigan State University. He has worked in the field of mind-body medicine for over 20 years, has published over 100 articles in scientific journals and is the author of Unlearn Your Pain, Unlearn Your Anxiety and Depression, and coauthor of Hidden from View.
